Spiritual Mission Statement

Unity-Fellowship Club is founded on Christian principles of love, integrity, service, and transformation. While our roots are faith-based, we warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds, beliefs, and denominations. Participation in this Program does not require adherence to any specific doctrine or religious affiliation.

Our mission is to:

Encourage personal, spiritual, and financial growth
Provide tools that empower purpose-driven living
Foster a community built on encouragement, respect, and unity
Help individuals pursue prosperity in a way that honors their values

Members agree to respect the diverse spiritual perspectives of others while participating in the Unity-Fellowship Club community.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Unity-Fellowship Club program (“Program”). By registering or participating, you (“Member”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Unity-Fellowship Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Terms of Participation

Eligibility & Account Integrity

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must provide accurate and current information
Limited to one account per individual
Accounts are subject to approval, monitoring, and review

Sponsor Relationship Policy (Strict Enforcement)

Sponsor relationships are permanent and non-transferable
Sponsor changes are not permitted under any circumstances
No Member or third party may alter sponsorship placement

To change sponsors, a Member must:

Cancel their existing account
Register a new account under a different sponsor

Any attempt to manipulate this structure will result in immediate termination and potential forfeiture of earnings.

Prohibited Conduct

Includes, but is not limited to:

Multiple accounts
False identity or misleading information
Fraud, abuse, or system manipulation
Unethical or spam-based marketing

Violations may result in immediate termination without notice.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Unity-Fellowship Club reserves full authority to:

Monitor activity
Suspend or terminate accounts
Forfeit earnings
Permanently ban Members across all affiliated programs

3. No Refunds Policy (Strict Enforcement)

All payments made to Unity-Fellowship Club are:

🚫 FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-REVERSIBLE

This policy applies to all transactions, including but not limited to:

Membership fees
Subscription payments
Advertising package purchases
Digital products and services
Upgrades, contributions, and promotional offers

By completing any purchase, the Member:

Acknowledges that all sales are final
Waives any right to request a refund, reversal, or exchange
Agrees that access to digital products and services constitutes full delivery of value

Additional Terms:

Canceling a subscription prevents future billing only and does not refund prior payments
Failure to use the Program or dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund
Promotional or bonus-based offers are non-redeemable for cash value

4. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy (Zero Tolerance)

By participating in the Program, you expressly agree:

Not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals through your bank, card issuer, or payment processor
To first contact Unity-Fellowship Club Support to resolve any billing issues

If a Member initiates a chargeback or dispute:

Account will be immediately terminated without notice
All earnings, commissions, and balances will be forfeited
Member will be permanently banned from the Program and all affiliated platforms
Unity-Fellowship Club reserves the right to:
- Submit this Agreement as binding evidence
- Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
- Pursue recovery of funds, fees, damages, and administrative costs
- Engage collection agencies or legal action where applicable

Members acknowledge that chargebacks constitute a breach of this Agreement.

5. Affiliate & Income Compliance (FTC-Aligned Requirements)

All Members acting as affiliates, promoters, or marketers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Required Conduct

Members must:

Clearly disclose any financial or compensation relationship when promoting the Program
Use truthful, accurate, and non-misleading representations
Include appropriate disclaimers when discussing earnings

Prohibited Conduct

Members may NOT:

Make guarantees of income or success
Promote “get rich quick” claims
Misrepresent typical results
Use deceptive or exaggerated marketing language

Earnings Representation Standards

Any income examples:

Must be truthful and verifiable
Must clearly state that results are not typical
Must reflect that success depends on individual effort and external factors

Responsibility & Liability

Members are solely responsible for:

Their marketing practices
Compliance with laws in their jurisdiction
Any claims they make in promotion

Violations may result in:

Immediate account termination
Forfeiture of earnings
Legal liability for damages or regulatory violations

6. Privacy Policy

Unity-Fellowship Club collects personal and technical data to operate, secure, and improve the platform. Data is not sold. Reasonable safeguards are used, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

No income is guaranteed. Results vary based on effort, skill, and external conditions. Participation carries risk, including earning no income.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is.” Unity-Fellowship Club is not liable for damages, losses, or interruptions. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Member.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.

10. Binding Arbitration Agreement

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Alabama.

Members waive the right to a jury trial and agree arbitration is the sole legal remedy.

11. Class Action Waiver

All claims must be brought individually. Members waive participation in class or collective actions.

12. Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unity-Fellowship Club and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Violations of this Agreement
Marketing or promotional activities
Misuse of the Program

13. DMCA & Content Policy

Members must own or have rights to submitted content. Infringing or unlawful content may be removed.

Unity-Fellowship Club complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and may terminate repeat infringers.

14. Non-Disparagement Clause

Members agree not to make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Unity-Fellowship Club, its leadership, or its affiliates.

This includes:

Public posts
Social media content
Reviews or commentary intended to harm reputation

Violation may result in termination and potential legal action.

15. Force Majeure

Unity-Fellowship Club shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Internet outages
Government actions
System failures
Acts of God

16. License to Use Member Content

By submitting content, Members grant Unity-Fellowship Club a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for marketing and operational purposes.

17. Electronic Consent & Agreement

By registering, Members consent to:

Electronic records and agreements
Digital communications
Electronic signatures as legally binding

This Agreement is enforceable as a signed written contract.

18. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By participating, Members confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms.

Failure to comply may result in:

Immediate termination
Permanent ban from all related programs
